We offer free shipping on orders of artificial Christmas trees. There are no standard shipping charges added at checkout for eligible domestic orders.

Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days after receipt. During particularly busy holiday periods, processing may occasionally take a little longer.

Tracking Information
Once your order has shipped, we'll send a confirmation email with tracking information when available so you can follow your delivery.

RETURNS
Our 30-Day Return Policy
We want you to feel confident ordering from Christmas Trees Haven. If your purchase isn't right for you, eligible artificial Christmas trees may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Tell Us About Your Order
Please include your order number, the reason for your return, and any helpful details. If your tree arrived damaged or defective, photos can help us understand the issue and assist you more quickly.

Receive Return Instructions
Our team will review your request and, when the return is approved, provide you with the return instructions and a return authorization number (RMA).

Prepare Your Tree
Returned products must be unused and in their original condition, with all parts, accessories, packaging, and included components where applicable.

Ship Your Return
Clearly include the provided RMA number as instructed. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping your tracking information until the return has been completed.

Receive Your Refund
Once your returned item arrives and its condition has been verified, an approved refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow approximately 3–5 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.
