Many of our artificial Christmas trees have sturdy branches designed to support everyday Christmas ornaments. For very heavy ornaments, we recommend placing them closer to stronger interior branches rather than on the outermost tips.

Our artificial Christmas trees are intended for indoor use unless a specific product is clearly identified as suitable for outdoor use. Exposure to moisture, wind, sunlight, and changing temperatures can damage materials and electrical components.

Begin by assembling the stand and placing it on a stable, level surface. Add each tree section according to the product instructions, then connect any required lighting components. Once assembled, gently separate and shape the branches to create the desired fullness.

Setup time varies by tree size and design. Smaller trees can generally be assembled quickly, while larger trees may take longer because they contain more sections and branches that need to be shaped.

Carefully shape the branches after assembly. Separate individual branch tips and spread them in different directions instead of leaving them grouped together. Taking a little extra time with shaping can make a significant difference in the overall appearance of the tree.

Remove decorations carefully, allow the tree to be clean and dry, and then disassemble it according to the manufacturer's instructions. Store the tree sections in a cool, dry location away from excessive moisture, heat, and direct sunlight.

For routine cleaning, gently remove dust using a soft, dry cloth or a suitable low-power vacuum attachment. Avoid soaking the branches or using cleaning products unless the manufacturer specifically recommends them.

Returned trees should be unused and in their original condition, with all applicable parts and accessories included. Returns that do not meet the applicable requirements may be refused or may qualify for a reduced refund.
